The morning’s top political news:
Obama admits he lied about his church: admits he attended the cult’s services every week. By Fred Lucas, Staff Writer
When Jeremiah Wright’s racist tirades were aired during the campaign, Obama claimed he never heard them. Obviously he lied.
Obama embraced, endorsed, and supported the racism and pronounced anti Americanism espoused by Jeremiah Wright.
After Wright’s racist tiade’s surfaced on TV news, Obama told news outlets that he did not attend the church frequently and was not aware of Wright’s comments.
Clearly he lied.

ABC interviews domestic terrorist William Ayers – an avid Obama supporter
Ayers remains militant and totally defensive regarding his bomb-throwing past, repeating a statement that proved his critics right: "I don't think we did enough."
Ayers told ABC’s Good Morning America’s Chris that the GOP attack was a "dishonest narrative...to demonize me." Yet he admits his continuing lack of repentance,
The militant terrorist group Ayers formed and headed is cited as having been involved in the murder of at least one law enforcement officer.

Obama’s Chief of Staff says Americans will volunteer to do “a lot”. He says: “If you're worried about having to do 50 jumping jacks the answer is yes”.
On a Web site: “Change.gov” it said, "President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in under served schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps.
If its mandated and required by government, is it volunteer? Collectivising America’s youth is an early Obama priority.
If reports are correct, the mandatory service will not be limited to only the young.

Opinion:
Who will stand in the way of Obama’s rush to the extreme left?
As one pundit after another points to the fact that Obama’s victory is no greater than that of Clinton in 1972, normal Americans are finding their voices and speaking up against the extremism that’s sure to come.
Catholic clergymen are gravely concerned about Obama’s support for abortion, They should have been paying closer attention. At least they have taken one very encouraging step in voting to end all funding for the ACORN conspiracy that led the way in Obama’s theft of this past election. Hopefully federal funds will also be denied this group – one primarily formed for the purpose of voter theft and fraud. However, given the dominance at present of extremist Democrats, cutting off federal subsidy of this partisan political group is most unlikely.
One quick side note – Georgia voters still have a chance to help get America on the road back and prevent a total takeover by Obama’s liberal forces. Incumbent Republican Saxby Chambliss is facing a special election in Georgia against an Obama Democrat. Let me note that Georgia has for generations been a hotbed of vote stealing by Democrats. Needless to say, the Atlanta Newspapers are among the most left wing bigoted in the entire nation. “The truth is not in them”.
So the challenge for normal Americans in Georgia is tremendous. These voters get the first shot at beginning to turn back the extremism we face. A Chambliss victory is crucial to block Obama’s forces from taking control of the Senate in such a volume as to make it filibuster-proof. With 60 Liberal senators on the Hill, even the less than bright Harry Reid can ram bills through without blinking an eye and totally at will.
Urge ALL Georgians to vote December 2 and help get America on the road back to responsible government and sanity.
The extremism of Obama must be stopped and its potential damage mitigated and limited. That effort begins in this special election in Georgia.
Now, where do we find the leader who can lead us the rest pf the way?

The New World Financial Order
Oliver North
WASHINGTON -- For the past seven years, according to Rep. Jim Moran, "We have been guided by a Republican administration who believes in the simplistic notion that people who have wealth are entitled to keep it." Actually, that "simplistic notion" has been the linchpin of the American system of free enterprise for the past two centuries. It has served to make the United States the most bountiful, wealthy and charitable nation on earth. Yet Moran says that system "doesn't work in the long run."
My fellow Americans, welcome to the long run.
The coincidence of an economic downturn and our most recent political realignment have produced calls for urgent, dramatic, decisive action. Liberal politicians, such as Moran, are suggesting that we all would be better off if we'd adopt a more punitive tax code and use the Internal Revenue Service to redistribute the wealth. Republicans and Democrats already have allied to use our tax dollars to bail out an insurance giant, mortgage companies and financial institutions that made bad loans and extended credit to borrowers who couldn't pay. Coming soon: tax dollars to save U.S. automakers. Attached to all these U.S. Treasury checks: countless pages of new fine-print regulations designed to prevent future financial stupidity -- or to ameliorate its consequences. But as they say in the Marines, "You ain't seen nothin' yet."

Obama Will Change Balance on Courts Quickly
Ronald Kessler
It’s a given that Barack Obama will change the balance on the courts to a liberal judicial outlook. What is surprising is how quickly he could do that.
Because Democrats dragged their heels on President Bush’s judicial nominations, 14 seats are open on appeals courts or will be by the end of January. Democratic nominees now are a majority on only one of the 13 federal appeals courts, the ultra-liberal U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in San Francisco. Within four years, Obama could name enough judges to give Democrats a majority on nine of the 13 appeals courts.
On the Supreme Court, five justices are older than 70. The first likely to retire is Justice John Paul Stevens, who is 88. Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 75. Justice David Souter, who will turn 70 next year, is known to be unhappy living in Washington. Assuming Obama is re-elected, Justices Antonin Scalia and Anthony Kennedy will be 80 by his second term.
Thus, Obama will be able to name several Supreme Court justices. Given that Democrats hold a majority of the Senate, Obama will have little trouble obtaining confirmation of his appointees. A simple majority of the Senate confirms judicial appointments.
Obama has said that, in selecting judges, he would look for candidates who show “empathy” for the weak and underprivileged. He voted against two of President Bush’s appointments to the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Sam Alito, because they did not side often enough with the downtrodden and disenfranchised.
Obama wants judges to have a bias in favor of an entire class of individuals. Imagine the outcry if Bush had said he wants courts to side with the privileged.
But what really sends chills up conservatives’ spines is the president-elect’s statement on a Chicago radio station that he is “not optimistic about bringing about major redistributive change through the courts,” implying that he would like to change the courts so that they construct their own laws.
That raised a flag for Brad Berenson, who was associate counsel in the Bush White House and helped vet judicial appointments.
“Given his legal training and his background as a constitutional law professor, given what he’s said publicly about the kinds of judicial appointees he’ll be looking for, and given a very substantial majority of Democrats in the Senate, he’s going to be emboldened to try to please his base with very liberal appointments,” Berenson told Newsmax.

EXCLUSIVE: Did Next Commander-in-Chief Falsify Selective Service Registration? Never Actually Register? Obama's Draft Registration Raises Serious Questions
By Debbie Schlussel
**** Copyright 2008, Must Cite Debbie Schlussel and link to DebbieSchlussel.com ****
Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him?
It's either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama's official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.
But the release of Obama's draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama's claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.

Hank Paulson, Naked Emperor
Michelle Malkin
Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson finally confirmed what lonely bailout opponents tried to tell the American public all along: The man doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
Paulson held a bazooka to taxpayers' heads. He groveled on his knees in front of Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He lured leaders from both political parties into linking arms in a panicked Chicken Little line dance for the beleaguered mortgage industry. Paulson demanded an unprecedented $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program for the good of the country. For the health of the housing market. For the survival of the economy. No time for deliberation. No time to review the failures of such interventionist approaches around the world. Now, now, now!
And now? The pulled-out-of-the-posterior "$700 billion" price tag has ballooned into the trillions. The "mortgage industry rescue" has expanded to banks, insurance companies, automakers, credit card companies and possibly the entire national volume of consumer lending. Oh, and that vaunted "TARP" component, Paulson admitted this week, is nothing but a four-letter word that rhymes with TRAP.
In September, Paulson offered his lofty pledge: "The ultimate taxpayer protection will be the stability this troubled asset relief program provides to our financial system, even as it will involve a significant investment of taxpayer dollars. I am convinced that this bold approach will cost American families far less than the alternative -- a continuing series of financial institution failures and frozen credit markets unable to fund economic expansion."
Two months later, Paulson's conviction melted faster than microwaved butter. "Our assessment at this time is that this is not the most effective way to use TARP funds," he sheepishly told the nation Wednesday.
Hey, who died and put Emily "Never Mind" Litella in charge of the economy?
Paulson explained at his non-mea culpa press conference that he knew when the bailout was signed that it wasn't going to work as sold: "It was clear to me by the time the bill was signed on October 3 that we needed to act quickly and forcefully, and that purchasing troubled assets -- our initial focus -- would take time to implement and would not be sufficient given the severity of the problem."

Communist Party ecstatic over '08 election results
Voice of Marxism announces, 'hard work is just beginning'
By Bob Unruh
© 2008 WorldNetDaily
Hailing Barack Obama's win as a victory for the "working class," the Communist Party USA is calling on the president-elect to carry out his promises, including his noted commitment to "spread the wealth."
An editorial by the People's Weekly World said the victory was for "workers of all job titles, professions, shapes, colors, sizes, hairstyles and languages."
The newspaper, which boasts of its "partisan coverage," identifies itself as "a national, grassroots weekly newspaper and the direct descendant of the 'Daily Worker.'"
"We are partisan to the working class, racially and nationally oppressed peoples, women, youth, seniors, international solidarity, Marxism and socialism. We enjoy a special relationship with the Communist Party USA, founded in 1919, and publish its news and views," the publication states.
The paper said Obama's victory is "important … not only for people here in the U.S., but also for our sisters and brothers around the world."
"The election outcome represents a clear mandate for pro-people change on taxes, health care, the war in Iraq, job creation and economic relief, union organizing and the Employee Free Choice Act. Reform and relief are in the air. Their scope and depth will be the arena of struggle. The best thing the coalition that won this victory can do is to stick together and help the new administration carry through on its promises," the editorial said.
"Jubilation and celebration, yes, along with realization that the hard work is just beginning," the PWW editorial said.
