Attacks on luxury hotels in India kill 119 in 2 days
Indian commandoes fought Thursday to wrest control of two luxury hotels and a Jewish center from suspected Muslim militants, a day after a chain of attacks across Mumbai left at least 119 people dead and the city shellshocked.
Gunfire and explosions were heard throughout the day and night from the besieged headquarters of the ultra-orthodox Jewish outreach group Chabad Lubavitch and the Taj Mahal and Oberoi hotels, two of the top gathering spots for the Mumbai elite.
State officials said 119 people had died and 288 were injured.

NBC's Rosie O’Donnell variety show Flops big time
A mere 5 million viewers tuned in for the 8 p.m. premiere of "Rosie Live,"
Critics were not kind. The NY Times described it as "hokey comedy with an enemies list." TV Guide called it a "ghastly ego trip." And the LA Times asked, "Rosie, what on earth were you thinking?"
The concept seemed unlikely to attract a broad audience given O'Donnell's divisive personality.

Haste makes waste, but delay can make matters even worse. There are no time outs in politics – “it’s always November”.
It seems attempted theft of the Minnesota Senate seat by the Al Franken forces has been blunted. The defeat is significant enough for Franken’s forces to already be conspiring with Democrat Senate leader Harry Reid to take up the challenge in the whole Senate – of course, Democrats have a substantial majority there.
Dec 2 is the date for the special election for Senate in Georgia. Georgia Democrats take no backseat to anyone when it comes to vote fraud and theft – they have produced a system second only to Louisiana and Obama’s own Chicago machine.
Surely the connections of Democrat Jim Martin to the Obama administration and his having Democrats such as Bill Clinton campaign for him, offer the GOP real hope they can stave off this absurd effort. But who knows. “Securing the vote” has always been a necessary function for Georgia campaigns at all levels.
Beyond that, the next real test comes in Virginia in just under a year.
Virginia was recently among the most encouragingly Republican states of all, but has slid into serious troubles that stem from poor party leadership as much as voter intentions. The GOP of the Old Dominion lacks any Andy Guest, Dick Obenshaine, or other bright conservative voices and leaders at the helm.
Beyond Minnesota, Georgia and Virginia, looms the election of 2010. It’s important. Governor ships will be in question, and governors will have serious impact on the drawing of Congressional District lines reflecting the 2010 census – a function that will be overseen by an Obama appointee.
Drawing Congressional lines can be as important in who controls Congress as are campaigns themselves.
To gird itself for the challenges ahead – Republicans who engage in such missions, must immediately begin to address a number of issues - -not the least of which is finding a voice and a leader who can play the role of Moses in this political drama.
Newt Gingrich is a brilliant tactician and must be a part of any such effort, of course – but he will need allies to assist him. Beyond that, the GOP bench is a bit meager these days. Finding new leadership must be a solid priority. Even if Republicans can craft a new and more effective message, unless they can provide leaders who can deliver it, and around whom voters will rally, the words will be empty indeed.

We need to write to all the governmental official listed in the attachments, including pres Bush, that due to the fact that Mr. Obama refused to provide proof of eligibility (Hawaii allows to issue birth certificates to children of Hawaiian residents, that are born abroad, and issue them based on a statement of one realtive only) , he cannot be certified as President and he cannot receive National Security CIA briefings.
We believe all the Secretaries of State should give Mr. Obama 24 hours to sign the consent for release of any and all documents, verifying his eligibility, including, but not limited to a certified copy of his original birth certificate with the name and the signature of the doctor and the name of the hospital, certified copy of the birthing records from the hospital noted in the birth certificate, any and all passports with all the immigration stamps, application and registration forms from Columbia university, Harvard college, Occidental College and the schools in Indonesia, that Mr. Obama attended; and official response from the Governments of Great Britain, Kenya and Indonesia in regards to Mr. Obama’s citizenship status in those countries. If Mr. Obama refuses to provide such consent, or if the consent is provided, but the documents show him to be ineligible, no Secretary of State and no Governor of State has any legal right to sign the Certificate of Ascertainment, no Elector has any legal right to sign a certificate of vote, since doing so will constitute aiding and abetting fraud in voting and punishable by up to 3 years in jail (California election code 18500) and similarly punishable by corresponding statutes in other states of the union, it possibly can be viewed as aiding and abeting commission of treason.
This has to be forwarded to all the media outlets. We need to write to the media, that American citizens are reasonably relying on them to provide them with information in regards to such issues of National Importance. Refusal by Media to publish information in regards to Mr. Obama’s status as a British Citizen by birth and other issues relating to his lack of eligibility to be the President of the US, is de facto aiding and abetting commission of fraud in voting and elections (see above).
I believe we should contact all sponsors and all advertisers and all citizens that believe in the Constitution of this country an demand that they boycott all the media outlets that refuse to air this information that is akin to a Constitutional crisis. We should start a recall of all the Governors and Secretaries of States that sign the certificates of Ascertainment without proof of eligibility. No member of US military can be expected to risk his life under orders of a Commander in Chief, who was not willing to produce proof of his eligibility for office, no order or law signed by somebody, who was not proven to be eligible will be valid. We have to stop this constitutional crisis.

Constitutional lawyer says electors have duty to investigate citizenship

A one-time vice presidential candidate who is considered an expert on the U.S. Constitution says it is up the electors from the 50 states to make certain President-elect Barack Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen before they cast votes for him in the Electoral College Dec. 15.
"If they do their duty, they would make sure that if they cast a vote for Mr. Obama, that Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," Herb Titus, the Constitution Party's running mate to Howard Phillips in 1996, told WND today.
"I think it should be resolved. The duty is in the Electoral College. Every Obama elector that is committed to casting a vote on the 15th of December, they have a constitutional duty to make certain whether Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," he said.
If the electors fail their duty and Obama proves ultimately to fail the eligibility requirement of the U.S. Constitution, there would be only the laborious, contentious and cumbersome process of impeachment available to those who would wish to follow the Constitution, he suggested.
The issue of Obama's citizenship has been in the news for weeks as multiple legal claims have asserted the Democrat is not a natural-born U.S. citizen. There have been claims he was born in Kenya, that he's a British subject because of his father and that he lost his citizenship in Indonesia.
Two of the cases are pending before the U.S. Supreme Court and several others that have fallen by the wayside.
Also, thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of Obama's eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials.
Already, more than 75,000 petitioners have joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah.

Kenyan Ambassador Peter N.R.O. Ogego is saying he's "infuriated" by a radio program's efforts to "misquote" him on the subject of President-elect Barack Obama's birthplace – but he refused to confirm whether Obama was born in the United States.
In an exclusive interview with WND today, Ogego was specifically asked whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
"I don't know," he said with a tone of irritation. "You should ask your government. I know his father is Kenyan."
He continued with a rhetorical question: "Obama is an American, isn't he?"

On Nov. 6, only two days after the election, Detroit radio talk-show hosts Mike Clark, Trudi Daniels and Marc Fellhauer on WRIF's "Mike In The Morning" called the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, D.C., to speak with Ambassador Ogego.

The interview with the Kenyan ambassador was widely publicized after he called President-elect Barack Obama's Kenyan birthplace a "well-known" attraction:
Clark: "We want to congratulate you on Barack Obama, our new president, and you must be very proud."
Ogego: "We are. We are. We are also proud of the U.S. for having made history as well."
Fellhauer: "One more quick question, President-elect Obama's birthplace over in Kenya, is that going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?"
Ogego: "It's already an attraction. His paternal grandmother is still alive."
Fellhauer: "His birthplace, they'll put up a marker there?"
Ogego: "It would depend on the government. It's already well known."
Now Ogego is saying the hosts misquoted and edited the audio recording of his comments.
"I'm already infuriated by the whole thing," he said. "The radio itself had a cynicism to it. I didn't mind that, but to misquote me is unacceptable. They are circulating misinformation regarding Mr. Obama's birthplace."
However, WRIF's Mike Clark told WND the show never manipulated the audio recording in anyway.
"I can assure you that nothing was edited or stated out of context," he said.

Duo take Obama birth challenge to Court

When the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court meet on Dec. 5th, in their regular private conference to decide which cases to hear, two lawsuits that have captivated a segment of the blogosphere will be up for discussion.
Both urge the court to consider claims that President-elect Obama is not qualified to be president, because he is not a natural-born American citizen.
Persistent concerns about the qualifications of both major party candidates rank among the oddest aspects of 2008's historic campaign.
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution provides that "No person except a natural born citizen" is eligible to be president. John McCain's status was questioned because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone and various theories have been advanced to cast doubt on Obama's.
Lawsuits over the inclusion of their names on state general-election ballots popped up around the country and were quickly dispensed with by local courts. But two challengers have pursued their cases to the Supreme Court.
Pennsylvania lawyer Philip Berg claims that the circumstances of Obama's birth are vague and that he may have been born in Kenya. Obama's mother, Berg asserts, later flew to Hawaii to register the birth.
Leo Donofrio, a New Jersey lawyer, contends that election officials in his state failed to ensure that only legally qualified candidates were placed on the ballot. Obama may have been born in the United States, Donofrio argues, but "natural born" status depends on both parents being American citizens. Obama's father was Kenyan.
The justices are unlikely to take up these cases for a host of reasons, not the least of which is the invitation to overturn the results of an election in which more than 66 million Americans voted for Obama. An equally high hurdle is the issue of whether Berg or Donofrio have the legal right to sue claiming a violation of the Constitution.
In dismissing Berg's complaint, a federal judge in Pennsylvania found that he failed to meet the basic test required for sustaining a lawsuit, because he couldn't show how the inclusion of Obama's name on the ballot would cause him -- apart from others -- some particular harm. Berg's stake, the judge said, "is no greater and his status no more differentiated than that of millions of other voters."
Other courts presented with similar challenges have reached the same conclusion, ruling that there is no general legal right to sue over the Constitution's eligibility requirements. Federal courts typically reject claims of legal standing based simply on a litigant's status as a voter or taxpayer.

Kenyan Ambassador indicates Obama was born in Kenya
WASHINGTON, D.C. – As the mainstream media covers President-elect Barack Hussein Obama’s every cabinet appointment consideration, citizens have been seeking information about Obama that, when uncovered, appears to be one fraud after another.
On Nov. 13, Debbie Schlussel, attorney and political commentator, posted on her website (www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/11/exclusive_did_n.html) a copy of Obama’s Selective Service System Registration form.
Schlussel points out all the peculiarities and inconsistencies in the document that would lead just about anyone to conclude the document is a fraud and that either Obama signed the fraudulent document in 2008, rather than in 1980 as the document portends, or he never registered for the draft, as required by law, and someone else created the after-the-fact forgery.
The DLN (Document Locator Number) at the top of the document shows a ten-digit number: 0897080632.
The first two digits indicate the year the document was created, 2008.
However, on the accom-panying printout, there is an 11-digit number shown for the DLN with an 8 as the first number to make it appear the document was created in 1980.
Also, the outer circle of the round date stamp by the USPS is difficult to read other than being able to make out “HI” at the top for Hawaii and “USPO” at the bottom.
The Postal Reorganization Act of 1970 changed the Department of the United States Post Office (USPO) to the United States Postal Service (USPS), so there is no reason why, in 1980, ten years later, a USPO round date stamp would be used.
The center portion of the date stamp clearly reads “Jul” “29” “80” stacked on three lines. However, the “80” is off-center; the 8 appears under the 9 in 29. Round date stamps use a four-digit number for the year, which is centered under the month and day.
The requirement for all men born after Dec. 31, 1959, citizens and both legal and illegal aliens, living in the U.S., who are age 18 through 25, to register for the Selective Services is still in effect.
Failure to register is a criminal offense, punishable by up to five years in prison or a fine of not more than $10,000.
Additionally, the United States Attorneys’ Manual, under Section 9-79.400: Failure to Register With the Selective Service System, specifically states, “United States Attorneys may not decline to prosecute violations of 50 U.S.C. App. § 462(a) involving the failure to register with the Selective Service System….”
Failure for men to register with Selective Services before turning 26, even if not prosecuted, will render them ineligible for student financial aid, U.S. citizenship, federal job training, jobs in the executive branch of the federal government and the U.S. Postal Service.
It would appear then, if Obama never registered for the draft that alone would render him ineligible to serve as President of the United States.
Meanwhile, in Detroit, shortly after the General Election, Mike Clark, host of WRIF Radio’s Mike in the Morning Show, called the Kenyan Embassy to learn the reaction in Kenya to Obama becoming elected President of the United States as he jokingly congratulated Kenya on becoming our 51st state.
Clark’s call was put through to Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S. Peter Ogego, who told Clark Kenya had already declared a public holiday that Thursday in Obama’s honor.
