Israel preparing to go it alone in dealing with Iran and its nuclear weapons threat

Last week, Iran's nuclear chief Gholam Reza Aghazadeh revealed that the country was operating more than 5,000 centrifuges at its uranium enrichment plant in Natanz and would continue to install centrifuges and enrich uranium to produce nuclear fuel for the country's future nuclear power plants.

Based on campaign rhetoric and growing anti Israel sentiment from liberal Democrats there is doubt an Obama government would help Israel in dealing with the Iranian threat/

Paulson comes up with yet another plan to rescue the housing industry

The Treasury, which already has a program to buy mortgage- backed securities issued by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, could step up those purchases to drive down interest rates on some loans to 4.5 percent, the official said on condition of anonymity. The plan is preliminary and could change.

Treasury has wandered from the original plan for which Congress handed over $700 billion for specific approaches.  Now, that changes yet again.

Meanwhile, the three US auto company execs are back and asking for even more money than the first time.

Opinion:
While Auto companies dominate the spotlight – there are other matters of interest and importance.

Honest, no one wants to see the US auto makers go out of business.  Really.  We all know  how many jobs are directly or indirectly affected and are at stake in all this.

Still – as Congressman Spencer Bachus of Alabama notes in his responses – the federal government has no money of its own – every last dime of it comes from American taxpayers.  Bachus notes what should be obvious – US auto workers are massively over paid and powerful labor unions have imposed contract rules over the years that make the cost of building US autos  higher and higher.

Congressman Bachus understands this problem better than most.  In his own city, Birmingham, union demands and concessions of management over the years, have made it difficult if not impossible to US steel companies to compete with their overseas competitors.

Unions have pried cushy deals over the years, and those cushions must be passed on to consumers when calculating the price of steel, autos, or other products.       It’s a clear law of economics – a law union bosses and politicians they intimidate, don’t grasp or choose to ignore.

In truth, the threat to jobs in the US auto industry and the ancillary industries that depend on them , come from union demand…and on some of the elaborate pay back to management as well.  Don’t whine about “gold plated” health care policies for union members while ignoring the absurd and sometimes obscene “golden parachutes” management has conferred on executives – many of whom were fired because they ran their companies into the ground.

Facing the threat to the auto companies, a heavy injection of common sense is needed as much as the billions the companies want.

To begin with, the companies may be the most inept at public relations to be found anywhere.  It goes beyond the executives coming to DC aboard private jets.  It even goes beyond GM’s heavy handed attempt to intimidate lawmakers with rumors leaked through compliant union contacts claiming GM will be forced to close and file for bankruptcy before Christmas if it doesn’t get the hand out its demanding.

Such ham-handed tactics are insulting.  Those who attempted it are clearly stupid.  No wonder GM is in a mess.

Indignant Auto companies are assailing the perceptions so wide spread today regarding American cars not being competitive with foreign cars in terms of quality, operations, and design.  “Truth is what the people believe – it may have little to do with fact”.  Don’t argue, demonstrate.  Success and survival of US autos may well lie in their successfully changing perceptions.  Maybe the companies should ask an additional $10 billion or so just for image-building and improvement.  In choosing in the free market system, buyers will choose based on what they think they will get for their money.

Until US cars can compete in that arena, any billions they get will be money down a rat hole.  It’s as simple as that.  Sell the image, produce a product that can live up to that image, then figure the cheapest and most efficient way of building those cars.

That’s the answer – I’ll expect my consulting fees in the next mail, and I wont even ask for a golden parachute when I quit.

The auto companies are important for America, but in today’s world, they are not as important as they once were.  After all, “buying American” faces a harder and harder examination not only of the product but of the industry itself.  There’s that “reality” thing again.

Explain how a Hundai built in Montgomery is less important to American workers than a Ford built in Detroit?

Can’t be done absent a strong dose of jingoistic reasoning.  By  the way, workers at that Montgomery, Alabama plant have problems understanding why their tax money should be handed to Detroit workers who get paid about twice what they are getting.

The bottom line is clear.  Rational answers for solving the plight of US Auto makers require adherence to a rational and simple formula.  Let the auto execs come to Congress and ask for financial help based not on how many jobs are at stake,  but by explaining how things will be different enough to make a difference.  Show Congress a viable, sensible, and pragmatic scheme through which a bridge loan to the future will be repaid.  Confront and defeat the question regarding if they get the billions they want today, they wont be back a year from now asking for more.

If they don’t have plans that can imply a successful future, why should American tax payers kitty up today?    After all, two weeks ago they needed $25 billion.  Two weeks later, they say they need even more -- $34 billion.

Wow.

It seems so clear.  It seems to simple.  What am I missing?

It is becoming painfully obvious that we may very well have a criminal President in 2009.  No this isn’t a joke. Hospital after Hospital - all Have No Record of Obama being born or Mom Ever being There. 

Hospital after hospital in Honolulu all have NO RECORD of Obama or mother ever being there.   Is this some state secret? Are we to believe that even the hospital that he was born in should remain secret? Why lie to us as if it matters I mean the man did win the Presidential vote? Why the lies and secrecy?

We already know that Obama’s family and the entire nation of Kenya (which is about to have a national holiday for Obama) know that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa Coastal Hospital in Kenya. The government of Kenya has sealed these records.  More and more secrecy due to the fact that once proven, Obama will not be constitutionally allowed to become President of the United States!

All of these were called or visited from November 20 - December 2nd 2008. It is confirmed, OBAMA not born in any hospital in Honolulu County! NONE FACT!

To the College Republicans all over the Island kudos!.   You can look at every hospital here and call or visit any of them.  Everyone has a family member working in a hospital. Talk, pay and bribe. You can file freedom of information acts, you can do everything and anything you wish.  Barack Obama was never born in a hospital in Hawaii as claimed.

Only his original that he has sealed will have this info.  Will the Supreme Court force it open and thus preserve the Constitution of the United States?

Hawaii Issues Birth Certificates to Foreign Born Residents!

Here’s Hawaii saying it like it it. All Doubts Cleared my Friends.

A. From Hawaii’s official Department of Health, Vital Records webpage: “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country“ (applies to adopted children). 

B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5.

C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8.  A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate.

D. Hawaiian law, however, expressly acknowledges that its system is subject to error.  See, for example, HRS 338-17.

E. Hawaiian law expressly provides for verification in lieu of certified copy of a birth certificate under HRS 338-14.3.

F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program.  From its web site:  “In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”

Now that we all understand that you can be born in Madagascar, Russia, Norway, Brazil or even Kenya like Obama and still have a REAL birth certificate that both Snopes and Factcheck would say was real since they are real. That doesn’t mean you were born in Hawaii. Does this matter to America?
Barack Obama has as of November 27th 2008 spent over$500,000 U.S. to prevent others from seeing it. Why? Didn’t he already win the vote?

Please don’t bring up Snopes (link) that says THEYVE SEEN Obama’s birth certificate and it is the one on his site called Fight the Smears. That is just plain garbage as it has a 2007 border and doesn’t list the hospital, Dr. or place of birth!  Plus they say they’ve seen his real birth certificate (you know the one that we the people aren’t allowed to see) .

All of the people born in Korea, Kenya, Mongolia, Australia and who also have Hawaiian birth certificates also have REAL birth certificates.
This does not mean they were born in Hawaii. Get it?

The following is what Obama has on his site as his real birth certificate authenticated by Snopes and Factcheck. Hmmm - 2007 borders, no info on original at all? What’s wrong with this picture? Yes it is a real birth certificate, so are the tens of thousands of other birth certificates given to people born in other countries.

Please don’t bring up Fact Check either (link) as they and Snopes can literally LOOK AT the thousands and thousands of birth certificates in Hawaii from people born in Korea, Australia, Germany and even Kenya like Barack Obama!  They are all REAL and Authentic birth certificates, but that doesn’t mean Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Snopes and FactCheck aren’t lying when they say the 2007 birth certificate on Obama’s site is real.  So are the thousands and thousands of birth certificates in Hawaii from people born in Korea, Australia, Germany and even Kenya like Barack Obama!  They are all REAL and Authentic birth certificates, but that doesn’t mean they or Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. (Document currently on Obama’s site is a forgery though. I’m sure the Factcheck one that America may not see is real - just like all of the others?)

This is the whole point my friends.  That is why many of us are incensed that Obama is about to become the President and may not even Constitutionally qualify to be one!

This is unacceptable to every American who understands that Hawaii issues birth certificates to those born in foreign nations.

Yes - it is a proven fact that Hawaii grants birth certificates to people born in other nations! If you or I want a copy, they produce the document that you see on Obama’s site.  Why then many ask does Obama currently have a forgery on his site? Another mystery that needs to be answered. That is NOT the one that has what we need to see to have Obama become President of the United States.

To become President of the United States one must meet 3 criteria. 

You must be 35 years of Age
You must be a resident for 14 years
You must be a natural born citizen - this is the one that someone born outside of the United States would obviously spend hundreds of thousands $$ to prevent us from seeing his birth certificate, just as Barack Obama has done.   Hint Hint.
What is Barack Obama Hiding? Can anyone answer the question as to where and what hospital he was born in?

Time is ticking and it looks like all hope is on the Supreme Court on Friday when they review a case before them designed to force Obama to release his birth certificate.  December 5th 2008 is the deadline for them to meet.

No One Checks these People’s backgrounds at all?

There is in fact NO ONE that checks. That is part of the lawsuits before the Supreme Court against the DNC as well as Obama. All they do is ask the state of birth if they have a real birth certificate on file and what the date of birth is. That is ALL! This is the whole point of the matter.

Other candidates for Presidency in 2008 NOT Qualified

Róger Calero was also arrested for felonies - another reason that he should not have even been allowed to even run for the Presidency in America. FACT.  By the way he (Róger Calero) was on the ballot in five states, where he received 7,209 votes. Coupled with the 2,618 votes received in the five states where Harris was on the ballot, the Socialist Workers Party received 9,827 votes.  No one checked his qualifications either. No one does!

We need to see Obama’s ’sealed’ birth certificate to clear all of the lies.

History will record that Barack Obama’s first act of diplomacy as America’s president-elect took place two days after his election victory, when he dispatched his senior foreign-policy adviser, Robert Malley, to meet with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad—to outline for them the forthcoming administration’s Mideast policy vis-à-vis those nations. An aide to Malley reports, “The tenor of the messages was that the Obama administration would take into greater account Egyptian and Syrian interests” than has President Bush. The Bush administration, it should be noted, has rightly recognized Syria to be not only a chief supporter of the al Qaeda insurgency in Iraq, but also the headquarters of the terrorist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the longtime sponsor of Hamas—the terrorist army whose founding charter is irrevocably committed to the annihilation of Israel. Yet unlike President Bush, Obama and Malley have called for Israel to engage in peace negotiations with Syria.

A Harvard-trained lawyer and Rhodes Scholar, Robert Malley is no newcomer to the Obama team. In 2007, Obama selected him as a foreign policy adviser to his campaign. At the time, Malley was (and still is today) the Middle East and North Africa Program Director for the International Crisis Group (ICG), which receives funding from the Open Society Institute of George Soros (who, incidentally, serves on the ICG Executive Committee).

In his capacity with ICG, Malley directs a number of analysts who focus their attention most heavily on the Arab-Israeli conflict, the political and military developments in Iraq, and Islamist movements across the Middle East. Prior to joining ICG, Malley served as President Bill Clinton’s Special Assistant for Arab-Israeli Affairs (1998-2001), and as National Security Adviser Sandy Berger’s Executive Assistant (1996-1998).

Robert Malley was raised in France. His lineage is noteworthy. His father, Simon Malley (1923-2006), was a key figure in the Egyptian Communist Party. A passionate hater of Israel, the elder Malley was a close friend and confidante of the late PLO terrorist Yasser Arafat; an inveterate critic of “Western imperialism”; a supporter of various revolutionary “liberation movements,” particularly the Palestinian cause; a beneficiary of Soviet funding; and a supporter of the 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. According to American Thinker news editor Ed Lasky, Simon Malley “participated in the wave of anti-imperialist and nationalist ideology that was sweeping the Third World [and] … wrote thousands of words in support of struggle against Western nations.”

In a July 2001 op-ed which Malley penned for the New York Times, he alleged that Israeli—not Palestinian—inflexibility had caused the previous year’s Camp David peace talks (brokered by Bill Clinton) to fall apart. This was one of several controversial articles Malley has written—some he co-authored with Hussein Agha, a former adviser to Arafat—blaming Israel and exonerating Arafat (the most prolific Jew-killer since Adolph Hitler) for the failure of the peace process.

Malley’s identification of Israel as the cause of the Camp David impasse has been widely embraced by Palestinian and Arab activists around the world, by Holocaust deniers like Norman Finkelstein, and by anti-Israel publications such as Counterpunch. It should be noted that Malley’s account of the Camp David negotiations is entirely inconsistent with the recollections of the key figures who participated in those talks—specifically, then-Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, then-U.S. President Bill Clinton, and then-U.S. Ambassador Dennis Ross (Clinton’s Middle East envoy).

Malley also has written numerous op-eds urging the U.S. to disengage from Israel to some degree, and recommending that America reach out to negotiate with its traditional Arab enemies such as Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah (a creature of Iran dedicated to the extermination of the Jews and death to America), and Muqtada al-Sadr (the Shiite terrorist leader in Iraq).

Liberal Censorship and Its Roots

The most unnerving aspects about the Democrats' sweeping victory Nov. 4 are their intolerance for dissent and their willingness to censor and otherwise suppress their opponents. Consider:
We keep hearing that Sarah Palin's criticism of Obama for "palling around with terrorists" increased death threats against him, which is bogus in the extreme but consistent with the inveterate liberal tactic of chilling conservative speech by saying it incites violence.

Ohio state employee Vanessa Niekamp said she was ordered to run a child-support check on Joe the Plumber, the man who asked Barack Obama an innocuous question about redistributing taxpayer income. Niekamp doesn't remember ever having checked into anyone else without having a legitimate reason to do so, such as discovering that someone recently came into money.

Democratic prosecutors in St. Louis threatened criminal prosecution against candidate Obama's critics. In Pennsylvania, lawyers for Obama wrote intimidating letters to TV and radio stations that aired unflattering ads documenting Obama's anti-gun record. The Obama campaign complained to the Department of Justice about the American Issues Project's ad tying Obama to William Ayers. Obama supporters flooded Chicago radio station WGN with harassing calls during its interviews of conservative writers investigating Obama.

On election night, Philadelphia police arrested a man who dared to wear a McCain-Palin '08 T-shirt at an Obama celebration rally. What's scarier is that the Obama crowd reportedly chanted with joy as cops arrested the man for exercising his freedom of political expression. According to the liberal worldview, arresting someone for disagreeing with you is not censorship, but implying someone is not patriotic is.

Obama has made no secret of his plan to pass "card-check" legislation, which some have described as the most radical revision of labor law since 1935. It would permit unions to eliminate secret ballots -- against the wishes of 78 percent of union members -- which would represent a radical blow to democratic principles.

Democrats fully intend to reinstitute the Fairness Doctrine, a euphemistically named regulation aimed at shutting down conservative talk radio, which Sen. Chuck Schumer has compared to pornography. Remember that conservatives have never advocated government action to suppress or censor the liberal media monopoly, which has existed for decades and still dominates mainstream media today. Their answer was the alternative media.

But what is even more frightening than the sinister schemes of liberal politicians to silence and criminalize political opposition is the apparent eagerness of rank-and-file liberals to go along with them, as witnessed by the many examples I've cited and numerous gleeful e-mails I get taunting me about the imminent re-invocation of the Fairness Doctrine.

I believe this arrogant attitude can largely be traced to the top-down indoctrination in our schools, cultural institutions and media that liberalism is morally superior because it is tolerant, diverse, intellectual and enlightened. This view holds that conservative expression doesn't deserve constitutional protection because it is inherently evil.

As one liberal academic administrator said in justifying his Draconian action in suppressing a Christian viewpoint, "We cannot tolerate the intolerable."

Democrat asks Supreme Court to halt electors
Obama lets deadline slip by without responding to petition, so attorney takes next step

After President-elect Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee let a Dec. 1 deadline slip by without responding to Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg's petition for writ of certiorari demanding Obama produce a legitimate birth certificate, the attorney is now filing a motion to stop Obama from taking office in January.

Berg has filed an emergency motion for immediate injunction, America's Right blogger and legal writer Jeff Schreiber reports. Berg is asking the court to stop state certification of electors to keep the Electoral College from meeting Dec. 15 and casting votes for Obama. He is also seeking to postpone the official vote count Jan. 6 until the court reaches a decision on his appeal.

Where's the proof Barack Obama was born in the U.S. and thus a "natural-born American" as required by Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution? If you still want to see it, sign WND's petition demanding the release of his birth certificate.

"It is my firm belief, my one thousand percent firm belief," Berg told Schreiber, "that he does not meet the natural born qualifications, that he should not be voted for by the electors, and that he should not be sworn in this January unless he shows his credentials ... which he of course cannot, simply because he does not have them."

Berg filed his petition Oct. 30, and according to procedure, a response from the defendants was due yesterday. While the Federal Election Commission waived its right to respond to the complaint Nov. 18, there has been no word from Obama or the DNC.

The parties are not legally required to respond, and Berg said he doesn't expect them to do so. He believes the defendants will argue that he lacks standing.

"If they were going to respond, I get the feeling that it would have been in there by now," Berg told Schreiber. "The feeling may be that, if they respond, they could hold themselves out for perjury later on when we're successful. That's why, in the lower court, they just relied on a motion to dismiss based on standing. Here, they may not want to file an actual, specific response in the Supreme Court for fear they'll be held to it later."

Berg referenced nationwide efforts to demand Obama produce an original birth certificate.
"We're finding that there is a great interest across the United States," Berg said. "I've been on talk show after talk show, and the more the case is discussed, the more people are made aware of it and are disgusted by the fact that Obama just won't simply produce the credentials showing he's qualified. Hopefully, some authority will demand it."
